This 6" lift kit for your 2014 Ford F150 4WD is FMVSS 126 Compliant, and is Made in the USA and will allow you to clear up to a 37" tire. The 2014 F-150s utilize a bar pin style mounting system for the front strut verses the traditional double-shear clevis/bushing mount from previous years. To tackle the new strut setup, we took the opportunity to develop a bolt on strut spacer setup that gives 6" of lift, installs quickly and doesn't require disassembly of the factory strut. A 3-point differential mounting system drops and rotates the front differential to bring the CV shafts and driveshaft back to factory operating angles. The RBP steering knuckles are extremely heavy duty, and this can be visually compared to inferior competitors. The knuckels are fully cast, CNC machined, and resonant frequency tested that correct the tie rod and ball joint geometry with no track width change. Heavy main crossmembers are included with your kit and are locked solid with a differential skid plate. The rear includes performance shocks and a 5" dual pin block kit that offsets the axle closer to the center of the wheel well compared to a standard setup. Utilizing FOX's proven damping technology to provide a comfortable on-road ride and predictable off-road handling in a variety of conditions, they use a 2" OD steel body construction with a large 5/8" heat treated hard chrome plated shaft for increased strength and durability. The monotube design uses an internal floating piston (IFP) to separate the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen charged gas chamber, preventing fade and provides more predictable and reliable handling in rough terrain. Please verify how many shocks are needed in your kit when ordering.
AWD models will require front driveshaft modification.
Will not work with 17" wheels.
If using 18x9 wheels with 5.5" backspace, fit the wheels before mounting to check for proper tie rod clearance. Wheel manufacturing variances may affect this clearance.
Vehicles equipped with factory power steps will require RBP E-Brake Relocation Bracket.
Vehicles equipped with a 2 piece rear driveshaft and carrier bearing may require RBP Carrier Bearing Drop Kit.
Kit includes a 5" rear block kit that typically nets a slight tail high stance.
20 x 9 w/ 5-5.5" backspacing and 37x12.50s may require trimming.
