Returning of new items
- Returns can only be accepted within 90 days of original purchase.
- 20% restocking fee PLUS return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- All return items must be unused, un-installed, complete with all parts and 100% saleable condition in order to receive credit.
- An inspection upon return will be done for all items before issuing any credits.
Any Product Other Than Wheels
RBP is able to accept returns after the product has been shipped to you with a 15% restocking fee, and if you pay for the return shipping. If any product was shipped to you in error – we will fix it, cover it and make it right.
Any RBP returns or cancellations without the tires mounted on the wheel will carry a 20% restocking fee. Once the wheels have been mounted on tires and to a vehicle, we are not able to accept a return. We also cannot accept a return on custom drilled wheels. If you have fitment questions or concerns, please email us with those concerns before you place your order. Our team is here to help you make sure you’re getting the perfect fitting products for your vehicle. You can search by year, make and model for wheels and our other products on our website to ensure a good fit. Because we move quickly to get your products on the way to you, it is vital that you notify us immediately if you have concerns. You are responsible for test fitting the wheels on your vehicle before they are mounted to a tire and to your vehicle. Any and all returns must be approved prior to being returned. Please contact email@example.com for a return authorization. Returns or refunds must be requested within 30 days of the original receipt of product. Once a return is approved, product must be returned within 14 days. A return refund will be applied in the same payment method that the order was placed. Once a product is returned, please allow 14 business says for the refund to be processed.
